16- Modern Home- The Music City Collection

We had a wonderful weekend stay here, the townhouse was clean, beds were very comfortable! It was a short drive/uber ride to downtown and there were plenty of restaurants close by. Thank you so much for sharing your townhouse with us!

The place was big and brand new. It was clean. If you have mobility issues, this property has a lot of stairs. We rented three of them for a big event/long weekend. The location from every thing was great. Plenty of parking unless a lot of people drive and you have a packed house. The people were easy to work with and accommodating. The only issue I would say in the upstairs bed rooms could use ceiling fans.

The house was perfect for our friends trip. It was only a ten minute Uber ride (average cost for 4 was around 8.00/trip) down to Broadway. We loved being able to go downtown during the day and then relaxing on the patio in the evening. Laura was very good about getting back to us when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! I cannot wait!

We had a wonderful few days with family! This VRBO was perfect for us 3 couples. The property was very clean, very comfortable, nice neighborhood, and so conveniently located! I would recommend this to everyone!
